Abstract

In this article, a laser spectral method of gas combustion control is developed. Two types of burners, a slot burner and an injection burner, were used for obtain aerosol particles. The intensity of the maximum analytical signal observed from sodium atoms was found to be 0.6 liter/min-8 liter/min on a slotted gas burner and 0.475 liter/min-5 liter/min to injector gas burners in a propane-butane-air flame, respectively. The presented work is aimed at studying the influence of standard aqueous solutions on the temperature characteristics of combustion of free jets of propane-butane in air. The influence of various NaCl aerosol particles was studied in a propane-butane-air flame. In this work, the flame atom-ionization spectrometer was used for the determination of the content of Cr, Fe, Al, Na and Сs in semiconductor materials of gallium arsenide (GaAs) and silicon (Si). With the help of the proposed methods, it is possible to continuously monitor the discharge of waste gases into the environment and the impurities in semiconductors. In the work were used "flame" and "rod-flame" atomizers. Each of atomizer has its own preferential domain of application.
