Abstract
The article describes the influence of power transformers on the energy system, the condition of the insulation system to ensure their reliable operation. The existing methods of cleaning the component parts of power transformers from moisture and mechanical impurities and their advantages and disadvantages are presented. The article provides details on methods of cleaning transformers and their problems.
