Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the need to protect the environment in mining regions in connection with the pollution of surface and groundwater. The conditions of the formation and influence of technogenic geochemical barriers on the physicochemical parameters of water developed in the areas of tungsten deposits in Eastern Transbaikalia have been studied. Locations of oxygen, sorption, alkaline, acidic and hydrodynamic type geochemical barriers have been identified. It has been shown that the most widespread barriers are complex geochemical barriers formed as a result of the superposition of several barriers.
